Terms of Service

All work undertaken by Staffordshire Trees is carried out in accordance with British Standards BS3998 (Tree Work) and BS5837 (Trees in Relation to Design, Demolition and Construction). Full RAMS and insurance certificates are available on request.

Quotes

Written quotes are valid for 30 days. Additional works identified during the job will be agreed in writing before commencement.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of works unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, cash and card.

Liability

We carry £5,000,000 public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of that policy.
